Gold & BeaverCoin
Two currencies drive the village: Gold (common โ the building currency) and BeaverCoin (rare โ a prestige currency).
Gold
- Sources: selling materials, every level-up, quests, achievements, and Cave/Mountain hauls.
- Sinks: commissioning buildings, Town Hall boosts, and building extensions.
BeaverCoin sources
- Level-ups โ every 5th level (1, or 2 every 10th).
- Quests & achievements โ finale rewards, capped at 5 (most) and 10 (the rarest platinum achievements).
- Lost Wonders โ the only collection set that pays BeaverCoin (2 per set).
BeaverCoin sinks
| Sink | Cost |
|---|---|
| Craft-queue slot | 10 BC (flat, each) |
| Extension 1 | 1 BC + 1,000 Gold |
| Extension 2 | 3 BC + 50,000 Gold |
| Extension 3 | 5 BC + 100,000 Gold |
| Extension 4+ | 10 BC + 1,000,000 Gold |
| Explorer's Outpost | 50 BC (flat) |
| Research upgrade | 1 / 5 / 10 BC by tier (+ Gold & metal bar) |
| Town Hall boost (top 3 levels) | 10 / 25 / 50 BC |
This ladder applies to expandable buildings (housing + extraction) โ the BeaverCoin + Gold cost is the same whichever you expand. Production stations don't use it (they upgrade by tier, paying their own per-building cost), and fixed- or step-limited buildings don't expand at all.
